The police closed the case. The evidence didn't.
The story
In a rain-soaked future city, ex-police investigator Mara Venn works as a private fixer — hired when someone needs the truth found quietly. Her new case starts with a body in a sealed metro maintenance room and an official story that closes itself a little too fast.
The trail runs from a canal-side noodle bar to a corporate clinic to a single deleted record. Across the city, people are waking with gaps in their memory and hours missing from their lives. The clinics say treatment. The police say case closed. The evidence says otherwise.
Every clue answers one question and creates another — and the final truth may not lead to a clean victory.
He was not the first subject. He was the first one who remembered.

The casework
Each case stands alone as a mystery — and each one pulls the same loose thread a little further.

Case 01
A councilor's son is found dead in a sealed metro maintenance room. The police call it an overdose. His father isn't buying it — and he's paying Mara to find out why.

Case 02
A data firm reports a worker dead at their desk. Overwork, they say — and this time it's the corporation itself that hires Mara to make the finding stick.

Case 03
Nobody hires Mara this time. Sister Nyx pulls her in: too many patients, one bad night, and an official explanation that arrived a little too fast.
